Welcome to our 3 minute healthy toddler friendly raspberry yoghurt recipe.
I remember when I lived in England how much I used to spend on yoghurts. I would buy yoghurt after yoghurt because it was convenient and it would keep my son happy oh and us adults too.
It would be flavoured and would often have some chopped fruit in it and it was like having crisps in our cupboard.
If you blinked they would be all gone and you would have to wait until next time.
One of favourite brands was the Muller Light brand. Far from healthy and we only probably bothered with it because it was plugged by Slimming World and we were too young to know any different.
So when we moved to Portugal we wanted these same yoghurts and were shocked that they carried a much higher price tag here.
I think we were quoted about a Euro for a medium sized yoghurt pot and with us wanting one a day; this was way out of an acceptable price range.
So we stopped having them and really missed them. Fast forward a few years and we realised how easy it was to make our own. That we could make one from scratch and that it was super easy.
Plus now that I have a toddler I want her to enjoy yoghurts but I want them to be healthy at the same time.
Usually, I just place some Greek yoghurt in her dish and mix it up with honey and chopped bananas but sometimes I like something different and this is what you have here.
