Welcome to my latest recipe where I will be sharing with you how to make the best ever avocado sauce in the soup maker.
I must say now that I love avocados. I mean I REALLY love avocados. I first had them in smoothies but never bothered trying them on their own, but I wish I had as they are delicious.
I find that I treat avocados like chocolate…..when I have them in the house I want to eat them all the time (even if I am not hungry) and do this until the supply is completely gone. And then the cycle starts all over again!
Because they are full of goodness (if you are on the Paleo diet they are the main fat source) and contain loads of good fats it is a really good alternative to the base for a sauce.
Forget ketchup, mayonnaise and salad cream you now have your go to sauce. Dip your chips in it, add it to your pasta, have it in your fajitas or even use it as spread in your sandwiches.

Peel and dice the garlic and place it in the soup maker.
Remove the flesh from the avocados and add it to the soup maker.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend in the soup maker
I am the queen of garlic and I am really addicted to it, so if you don’t like as much garlic as me then reduce it. I find for a good rule one clove per avocado works best as remember the garlic is not cooked so the flavour can be stronger.
