Welcome to how to make the best ever hot chocolate in the soup machine.
I love hot chocolate and like many people have spent years stood by the kettle adding some boiling hot water to a tablespoon of Cadburys hot chocolate powder. This was something you always did. You never considered what might be in it or the fact that you could make a nicer or healthier one yourself. You just did it.
And that is the way of many generations now. But ask the older generations and they will talk about a cup of cocoa before bed. The same grandparents that always said that they don’t have a sweet tooth would have their cup of cocoa before bed and a choc ice after lunch.
But look at how thin they are compared to today’s generation and imagine if you can make something much better than what you get out of a jar and that it is quick to make? Well this is where my best ever hot chocolate comes into play!
So if you are looking for some homemade hot chocolate for a nice drink before bed then get ready to read the recipe! And with it being Valentine’s Day put some cute little heart shaped marshmallows on top for the perfect end to the perfect day!How To Make The Best Ever Hot Chocolate In The Soup Machine #valentinesday via @recipe_thisClick To Tweet
Welcome to how to make the best ever hot chocolate in the soup machine. I love hot chocolate and like many people have spent years stood by the kettle adding some boiling hot water to a tablespoon of Cadburys hot chocolate powder.
Add all the ingredients to your soup maker.
Cook for 7 minutes and then blend.
Serve with marshmallows or whipped cream.
We all have different opinions of what enough sugar is in our hot chocolate. I prefer a mix of honey and maple syrup, but if you prefer it sweeter either add more maple syrup or include some brown sugar.
