Instant Pot Recipes | Instant Pot Meat & Stew Recipes – 7 Genius Ways To Use The Instant Pot Meat & Stew Function

Welcome to my Instant Pot meat and stew recipes. This gives you a chance to embrace the meat and stew setting on your Instant Pot with lots of new and interesting recipes.

I absolutely LOVE cooking meats and stews in my Instant Pot and YOU should too. Just think back to all those times that you have eaten tough meat.

You would eat it because that meat had cost you money and you didn’t want to waste it, but it was still rather bad.

Or the flavour was spot on BUT you felt like you were about to lose a tooth.

Or you would wish that you could afford to eat the fillet of the meat all the time instead.

But roll on the Instant Pot meat function and you can cook the cheapest of the cheap meat and it will feel as tender as tucking into a fillet steak.

Look at something really cheap like the tongue of the cow, that most people are afraid to cook for concern that it will end up tough and you would be amazed by how 10 minutes of the meat and stew setting and you have perfect food.

You could do the same with rabbit, duck, pork or even venison for similar results.

The Instant Pot Meat & Stew Function

People are afraid of the Instant Pot. It is the unknown that comes with any electric pressure cooker.

They might screw it up, or it might not hit the pressure and then you just end up steaming it.

BUT cooking meat in it is easy. It is not like auditioning to go on Masterchef or baking a Wedding Cake. It is an easy starting point for the beginner.

You can set it and forget.
