I love yoghurt. We will always have a big fat 1 kilo tub of Greek yoghurt in our fridge. Sometimes we will even have two of them. We will use it to make desserts, to make our sauces more creamy or just over a delicious wet salad.
Our daughter loves the Greek yoghurt the most. She loves it as a dessert. There will be a sprinkle of organic cocoa powder, a teaspoon of honey and some chopped up banana. It is her pudding heaven. It was also a great way to introduce dessert into her life while she was getting used to new foods without it being loaded with processed rubbish or worrying about E numbers.
Though many years ago we used to buy pre-flavoured yoghurts and even though they tasted so good, they were full of badness and so expensive as well.
If you are like me and you want to produce your own yoghurt and have a healthy way to have yoghurt then the yoghurt function on the Instant Pot could be perfect for you….
The Instant Pot Yoghurt Function
There is often a lot of talk about the Instant Pot yoghurt function. This is probably mainly because people don’t know what to make of it, or if they need it at all. You see the cheapest Instant Pot doesn’t have this function. It doesn’t offer a yoghurt offering and it is often a debate whether or not you should buy the Lux or the Duo models. But we have the Duo because we want to make yoghurt and love yoghurt.
So if you want to go down the yoghurt avenue then you have come to the right place with loads of recipes for you to get started with below.
