On Wednesday we will be sharing with you our Syn Free Slimming World Vegetable Korma and it makes a HUGE batch of vegetable korma curry that you can save in the freezer for later, but the best part of it, is that it makes the most AMAZING ever filling for vegetable samosas.
Then throw them in the air fryer and you have vegetable samosas fakeaway heaven!
Syn Free Slimming World Vegetable Samosas
These Syn Free Slimming World Vegetable Samosas are shockingly easy. So easy that your 2-year-old could make them, or heaven forbid the lazy person that is about to ring for a takeaway until they realise they can make 40 of these in the time it takes for a delivery to arrive.
To make my vegetable samosas I used a pair of scissors to chop the Tortilla Wraps in half and then I filled one side of the wrap with leftover vegetable korma, then folded it over and cooked them with egg wash in the air fryer.
It really is that simple.
You can cook 4 of your vegetable samosas at once in the air fryer, then just carry on cooking until you run out of wraps or run out of leftover curry.
It doesn’t have to be exclusive to vegetable korma either. Whatever curry you have leftover, then use this as the base for your samosas.
You could use:
- Chicken Balti
- Lamb Rogan Josh
- Chicken Korma
- Chicken Tikka Masala
And the list goes on and on.
But BEST OF ALL, it is a great use of your leftovers. Have a curry on the Friday night, then for lunch on the Saturday binge on vegetable samosas.

- Using scissors chop a wrap in half.
- Egg wash the inside of the wrap.
- Layer one side of the half wrap with leftover vegetable samosa filling.
- Press down the other side.
- Give it a layer of egg wash and place in the air fryer.
- Rinse and repeat putting up to 4 in the air fryer at once.
- Cook for 3 minutes on 200c/400f.
- Using tongs turn over and cook for another 3 minutes on the other side, giving the new top side a layer of egg wash.
- Carry on until all the vegetable samosas are cooked.
I used the Portuguese Bimbo wrap brand. Its very similar to the Weight Watchers wraps. The amount of vegetable korma in each wrap is approximately 1 teaspoon. In our vegetable samosas we used 6 wraps that were chopped in half with scissors, this made 12 vegetable samosas.
