Instructions

  • Start by placing the gluten free bread flour, the olive oil and 450ml of luke warm water into the bottom of your bread maker. Add the yeast on top. Set the bread maker to its dough setting.
  • When the bread maker beeps, put the gluten free dinner rolls dough onto a floured worktop. Flour your hands to prevent them from sticking.
  • Divide them into 6 medium sized pieces and shape them into dinner roll shapes.
  • Grease your bread tray and place the 6 dough balls onto it making sure they are touching each other.
  • In a small bowl mix together garlic puree, a tablespoon of olive oil and some dried parsley. Mix well until you have a garlic paste.
  • Cover each of your gluten free dinner rolls with the garlic paste.
  • Cook at 180c/360f for 9 minutes.
  • Serve.

Notes

The most important thing to take note of, when using gluten free flours is that it is not the same texture of regular flour. It looks like porridge and you need to add extra flour to it (and to your hands) before you cook your gluten free dinner rolls. I always use the air fryer grill pan when making my gluten free dinner rolls.

The reason for this is because it then fits a pizza tray perfectly over the grill pan. Plus it helps it breathe and cook better than using the air fryer standard basket. If you haven’t got one yet, then I highly recommend you get this one. We coated our gluten free dinner rolls with a Mediterranean Garlic Paste.

You can swap this just for a little beaten egg, a little olive oil, a little coconut oil or even avocado oil. Its just about personal preference. Though, it is important that you use some kind of paste in order for your dinner rolls to have that amazing coating.
