  1. Add all the marinade ingredients into the air fryer baking pan and give it a good stir.
  2. Place the chicken breasts into the marinade and season the top of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook inside the air fryer for 15 minutes at 180c/360f.
  4. After 5 minutes of cook time slice the chicken breasts into thirds and pour over some of the marinade into the gaps. This will enhance the flavour and allow the chicken breasts to cook quickly.
  5. When the chicken is cooked place it onto a chopping board and allow it to cool for a minute or two.
  6. Using a knife and fork shred the chicken into small pieces.
