  • Place the 6 large eggs inside of your baking pan and place inside the air fryer. Cook for 19 minutes at 120c/250f.
  • Once the air fryer beeps place them under a cold running tap. Once they are cool enough to handle, peel the shell from the egg.
  • Give them a final rinse to remove any bits of shell.
  • Serve as desired.

Notes

The chefs’ method for peeling eggs is that you lightly bounce the top and bottom of the egg on a clean worktop. Then push down lightly on the rest of the egg so that the shell becomes loose from the egg.
 
It will then peel naturally without you yanking most of the white off! For 6 soft boiled eggs cook for 15 minutes or for medium boiled eggs 17 minutes. No need to create an ice bath, the time it carries on cooking for is minimal and it wont affect your egg quality.
