Ingredients

Instructions

  • Using a cookie cutter (or similar) chop out a central hole in your slice of bread.
  • Place your slice of bread into the air fryer baking pan. Crack your egg into the hole and cook for 7 minutes at 160c/320f.
  • When the egg is cooked season the top of the egg with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl mix your avocado with a fork so that it is free of big lumps.
  • Spread the avocado around the edges of the bread and then serve.

Notes

I have based the recipe on one serving. That way you can double, triple it, depending on how many people you are feeding. Avocado of course is optional and to keep it Syn Free use cheese from your healthy extra instead.
Though as its just 60g of avocado it works out at 5 Syns. I LOVE avocado and loaded my slice up with 60g worth.
If you just wanted a thin layer (like a thick slice of butter) then 15g would be enough. Eggs need salt and pepper so make sure you well season the top of it otherwise the egg will be bland. You can use any bread you like.
Whatever you have in is fine. We used still warm just baked whole wheat bread. If your bread is cold cook it for 2 minutes first at 180c/360f to get it warmed up, before you crack the egg.
