Air Fryer Scrambled Eggs

Quick stir and serve scrambled eggs on toast in the air fryer. An easy breakfast, lunch or supper. Both kids and adults alike will love this classic.

  • Warm up your bread at 200c/400f for 3 minutes so that it is harder like toast.
  • Crack your eggs into your air fryer and give them a quick stir. Add to them the seasoning and place the baking pan inside the air fryer.
  • Cook for 2 minutes at 180c/360f stir and cook for another 4 minutes at the same temperature.
  • Pour the scrambled eggs over the wholemeal toast and serve.

Notes

You can use any air fryer friendly baking pan. We have the official Philips one and find it’s the perfect size for making scrambled eggs in the air fryer. Plus, we use it for so many other air fryer recipes too.
When making the wholemeal bread. Dominic used his whole wheat rolls recipe and just make it into a loaf instead of rolls. We like our scrambled eggs lovely and soft.
If you want them harder, then add a couple of minutes of extra cooking time. Warming up the toast in the air fryer first, will also pre-heat it for the scrambled eggs.
The greatest thing about air fryer scrambled eggs is that they don’t need any fats to cook them compared to in a skillet.
The baking pan is also non-stick, so I didn’t need to oil it either. If you use supermarket bought wholemeal bread this recipe would be Syn Free on Slimming World.
