In a mixing bowl add all your chicken tikka marinade ingredients. Mix well until you have an even marinade.
Add the chicken breasts and allow to marinade overnight.
The next day remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and place them on a chopping board. Chop into chicken tikka bite shapes.
Cook in the air fryer grill pan inside of the air fryer for 10 minutes at 180c/360f.
Serve warm.

This chicken tikka marinade is enough to do 4 chicken breasts. I just used 2 out of those 4 chicken breasts for another meal. So if you just add 2 more chicken breasts you could double up your chicken tikka.If you haven’t got one already, then I thoroughly recommend getting a grill pan for your air fryer.
