Chicken Tikka Marinade:

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl add all your chicken tikka marinade ingredients. Mix well until you have an even marinade.
  • Add the chicken breasts and allow to marinade overnight.
  • The next day remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and place them on a chopping board. Chop into chicken tikka bite shapes.
  • Cook in the air fryer grill pan inside of the air fryer for 10 minutes at 180c/360f.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

This chicken tikka marinade is enough to do 4 chicken breasts. I just used 2 out of those 4 chicken breasts for another meal. So if you just add 2 more chicken breasts you could double up your chicken tikka.
