Ingredients

Instructions

  • Blend your gluten free oats with your blender.
  • Create your production line. A beaten egg in one bowl, plain flour in another and gluten free oats in a third.
  • Add salt and pepper to the flour and stir.
  • Add grated cheddar cheese to your oats and stir.
  • Chop your spam into sticks and roll in the flour, roll in the egg and fully coat in the oats.
  • Cook as many as will fit in your air fryer grill pan at once without them being over crowded for 8 minutes at 180c/360f.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

We used this brand of gluten free oats for our breadcrumbs. It is best to preheat your air fryer for this recipe. I recommend using an air fryer grill pan. It results in a lot less mess and they don’t stick to the air fryer basket.
