Air Fryer Garlic Mushrooms

Air Fryer Garlic Mushrooms. If you love simplicity in the air fryer, then you will love our air fryer garlic butter mushrooms. A Spanish tapas classic, they are Keto and Paleo friendly, only take a few seconds to prep and will become your new air fryer favourite.

Ingredients

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 4 Medium Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tsp Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Half your mushrooms and give them a quick wash.
  • Peel and thinly slice your fresh garlic cloves.
  • Place into the air fryer baking pan your mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil.
  • Toss the mushrooms in the olive oil so that they are well coated.
  • Place the butter into tiny little chunks on top of the mushrooms.
  • Place the baking pan inside of your air fryer and cook for 8 minutes at 180c/360f.
  • When cooked serve warm in tapas dishes.

Notes

Even though the butter is placed on top, as it melts it will trickle down into your mushrooms to give you a garlic butter mushrooms mega taste. I get my butter from US Wellness Meats. It is Keto/Paleo approved and makes my food taste AMAZING.
