Trim the ends off the fresh kale and add the kale to a mixing bowl.
Toss the kale in the mixing bowl in salt, pepper and olive oil.
Cook for 3 minutes at 180c/360f, followed by a further 2 minutes on 200c/400f.
Serve.
Notes
To store your kale chips for later, load them into zip loc bags. They are fine in a cool kitchen cupboard or in the fridge. We used extra virgin olive oil in this kale chips recipe. Its must better for you and tastes so good.
