Asian Pulled Pork Tacos In The Slow Cooker. Introducing you to delicious Asian Pulled Pork Tacos. Easy to prep and cook on low in the slow cooker and an all-time favourite recipe in the Milner house.
Start by adding your dry rub ingredients into the bottom of the slow cooker and giving it a quick mix.
Pat dry your pork shoulder and add it in.
Smother the top and sides of your pork shoulder with extra virgin olive oil.
Using your hands rub the dry rub into your pork shoulder until it is well coated.
Place the slow cooker on high and cook for 5 hours.
Remove the pork from the slow cooker, shred and smother it in BBQ sauce.
Load it unto tacos or barquitas and serve.

You can also meal prep our Asian Pulled Pork and save the leftovers for later in the week. It makes a delicious working lunch and travels well.You can swap the barbecue sauce we mentioned for any brand or you can make your own.A cut of pork shoulder that has a good amount of fat makes the best pulled pork as it is easier to shred.
