Best Ever Yorkshire Pudding In The Air Fryer
Air Fryer Yorkshire Pudding. How to air fry the best ever Yorkshire puddings. Including our famous family Yorkshire pudding batter as well as an alternative Yorkshire pudding recipe using frozen Yorkshire puddings.
Air Fryer Yorkshire Pudding Ingredients:
Preheat your Air Fryer to 200c/400f.
Mix the plain flour and the seasoning in a bowl.
Pour in the egg (a bit at a time) stirring gradually with a fork until the egg is all added.
Add the milk a bit at a time and stir regularly until you have a mixture that is the thickness of a thick batter. Beat well until it forms bubbles on the top.
Place a little olive oil in your Yorkshire Pudding tins and place in the Air Fryer for 5 minutes or until smoking.
Pour your mixture (1/2 way up your Yorkshire pudding tin) and place back in the Air Fryer and cook at 200c for 15 minutes.
The cooking time depends on how big your Yorkshire pudding tins are and this air fryer Yorkshire pudding recipe is based on a medium sized Yorkshire Pudding.
You can of course adjust for smaller or bigger ones. It is also important that your tins are sturdy otherwise when it is cooking the air will cause it to move and it will be an Air Fryer disaster!
If cooking frozen Yorkshire puddings in the air fryer, adjust your time to 5 minutes.
Add an extra egg white to the batter and it will help improve how much your Yorkshire puddings rise.
