Instructions

  • Chop up two large cauliflowers into medium sized florets.
  • Pour a cup of cold water into your instant pot inner pot.
  • Load cauliflower into your steamer basket, place the lid on the instant pot and set the valve to sealing. Cook for 4 minutes on manual pressure.
  • Use quick pressure release, drain the cauliflower and place the cauliflower in the freezer for 10 minutes so that it is cold enough to touch.
  • Using a cheese cloth, load the cauliflower into it and squeeze out all the moisture until you have a dry cauliflower dough ball.

  • Roll out onto your air fryer pizza tray and add your desired toppings.
  • Cook in the air fryer for 8 minutes at 200c/400f.

The ingredients listed above are for your cauliflower pizza crust. It is assumed that you have your own ideas for delicious pizza toppings.
We used this cheesecloth to squeeze the liquid out of our cauliflower. Much easier compared to using a tea towel or a pillow case.
You can also cook a frozen cauliflower pizza crust in the air fryer and just follow it from step #7.
