Instructions

  • Load your frozen chicken breasts into the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes at 140c/280f.
  • Load your maple syrup, grainy mustard and garlic puree into a ramekin and mix with a teaspoon. Remove the chicken breasts from the air fryer, place on a chopping board and using a small spoon load it up with your moist maker.
  • Place the chicken breasts back in the air fryer and cook for a further 10 minutes at 160c/320f and then check to see if the chicken is cooked through. Cut through the thickest part of the chicken and make sure there are no pink bits and that it is piping hot when you touch it with your finger. Serve.

Notes

For organic chicken breasts that you can cook from frozen we recommend Butcher Box. I also recommend that you read our Butcher Box Review.
Size matters. Smaller chicken breasts will not need to cook as long as our large chicken breasts. I also suggest that if you don’t want to serve your chicken breasts whole that you dice the chicken before cooking. This will speed up the cooking time.
You can use your favourite wet marinade for your chicken breasts. We mixed together in a ramekin maple syrup, garlic puree and grainy mustard.
