Slimming World Crinkle Cut Airfryer Chips Recipe

Crinkle cut air fried chips cooked with very little olive oil and then seasoned with salt and pepper. Perfect for kids and adults and perfect for weeknight lunches and dinners.

  • Peel your potato.
  • Place it onto a clean chopping board.
  • Cut into crinkle cut chips on your chopping board with your crinkle cut knife.
  • Sprinkle the crinkle cut chips with salt and pepper.
  • Toss the crinkle cut chips in the olive oil.
  • Cook in the Airfryer for 15 minutes at 200c/400f. Though toss halfway through.
  • Serve with homemade tomato ketchup.

Notes

This portion size is big enough to feed as a side for four of you for dinner. Or if it is for the kids enough for 6. The great thing about Crinkle Cut Chips is that because of the edging it needs less oil to cook with compared with regular airfryer chips. Plus the kids will love the shapes! The potato I used weighed in at just short of 370g, But any large potato between 375g and 425g is perfect. Or if you work in ounces then 13.2oz to 15oz.
