Slimming World Hummus Recipe
A delicious oil free hummus that is completely Syn Free and so good that you will be going back for 2nds and even 3rds. Keep this in your fridge for when you are in the mood for an easy Syn Free snack.

Drain the chickpeas and place them into the blender.
Peel and thinly dice the red onion and place it into the blender.
Zest the lemon and add the rind and the juice of the lemon into the blender.
Add all the other ingredients into the blender and blitz until you have a smooth hummus.
Always make sure you drain the chickpeas well otherwise your hummus will be too watery.
We avoid tahini as we are a nut free blog. But you’re welcome to use it if you wish.
