I have suggested that you use 275ml of homemade Nandos marinade.
This is basically half of my recipe and is enough for cooking with and some extra for dipping with.

The dipping sauce (because tomato sauce is within the marinade) will be like the chilled Spanish tapas sauce and you will love it for dunking your chicken wings.
You can also freeze any leftover marinade for future Nando home meals.
As sizes of your chicken wings can vary from pack to pack, they were cooked at 18 minutes but we gave them a shake and another 2 minutes to give allowances for the bigger ones, as it is important that your chicken is well cooked.
