Instructions

  • Slice the top off the peppers and once removed pull out the seeds. Slice them into quarters and place them in the Airfryer. Dry fry them for 20 minutes on 200c until they have a black coating. Remove them with tongs and put to one side.
  • In the Airfryer place the onion with a teaspoon of olive oil and cook for 5 minutes.
  • When they have cooled down (or enough to touch) peel off the skin on the pepeprs.
  • Place the onion and the peppers into a blender. Add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Place in the fridge for an hour to chill.
  • Serve.

Notes

This makes a good bowl of hummus and is great for sharing with another 3 people. Given that it just has 1 teaspoon of olive oil means that it works out at ½ a Syn per person.
