Ingredients

Instructions

  • Clean the leek.
  • Deseed the peppers. Peel the onion and carrots.
  • Chop the tomatoes, onion, carrots, pepper and leek.
  • Throw everything into the soup maker including the vegetables, the seasoning and the stock cubes. Add to it 200ml of water and set on the 28 minute chunky soup setting.
  • Place the ingredients into a blender along with the tinned tomatoes and blend until smooth.
  • Serve.

Notes

If you like heat then add plenty. The best thing ever for your metabolism is chilli. I used just ½ a teaspoon of chilli and the same again in cayenne pepper. But if you don’t like spice then just leave it out.
Because of the size of my soup maker I do 2 rounds of soup. Depending on what you are using these times might alter. I also found that it worked best if the tinned tomatoes were added last.
This soup is just full of super speed vegetables for weight loss. For the best results avoid non-vegetables such as lentils, beans etc as even though they will give you results they wont be as good. I know this because I have tested it with and without them.
Also avoid non-speed vegetables such as parsnips and potatoes and for the creamy texture in your soup opt for butternut squash instead.
