Preheat your Airfryer to 180c.
Place your butter and sugar into a mixing bowl and using a hand mixer mix your fat into your sugars. Do this until it is well mixed and is light and fluffy.
Add the flour, honey, milk, cocoa powder and vanilla and mix well with a fork.
Cover your hands with flour so that the cookie mixture won’t stick wont them.
Roll in the chop chips or crushed chocolate with your hands.
Mix with your hands for a couple of minutes making sure everything is well coated.
Roll out into 12 small cookie balls.
Place them on a silver foil sheet or a baking sheet inside your Airfryer.
Cook for 15 minutes on 180c.
Serve with milk.
