  • In a mixing bowl add all your seasonings and turkey and mix well.
  • Add a little coconut milk to make them soft and creamy so that they don’t dry out.
  • Place the contents onto the pastry sheets and fold over so that they make the shape of samosas.
  • Brush with beaten egg so that they will get their lovely golden glow.
  • Cook in the Airfryer at 160c for 3 minutes.
  • Serve.

Notes

We get our pastry sheets from the Chinese supermarket. They are very thin and great for making spring rolls and samosas in them. They also sell them in big packs and you will find that they will last a long time.
