Air Fryer Chicken - 3 Delicious Leftover Air Fryer Chicken Recipes

What is there not to love about soft cheese and in particular Philadelphia soft cheese. It is simply delicious and can really bring a chicken dish to life.

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 180c.
  • Score the chicken by partly slicing into the breasts so that there is extra room for the seasoning.
  • Season your chicken breasts in salt and pepper.
  • Using your hands cover the chicken in the soft cheese so that it creates a lovely creamy layer.
  • Roll the chicken breasts in your mixed herbs and then place them in the air fryer on a reusable baking mat.
  • Cook on 180c for 15 minutes or until they are cooked in the middle.
  • Serve.

Notes

For this recipe it is completely oil free thanks to the soft cheese giving it a lovely creamy flavour and stopping it from going dry! This also makes it rather low in calories too.
