Air Fryer Spicy Sweet Potato Wedges

  • Peel your sweet potatoes and chop them into the shape of wedges.
  • Preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes at 180c.
  • In a mixing bowl add all your seasonings and mix well. Add your potato wedges, toss in the seasonings until they are well covered.
  • Place the potato wedges into the air fryer, toss in olive oil and cook for 20 minutes. Shake them every 5 minutes until they are cooked.
  • Once they are cooked serve with a thousand island dip and sprinkle with a little extra chilli powder.

Notes

Dominic has never liked sweet potatoes and just puts up with it because I do. Well in this recipe he actually really liked it, so I might have finally sold him the sweet potato love!
Sweet potatoes can vary in shape and size depending on the time of year. For portion sizes just aim for 2-3 big ones and if they are small just increase the amount of them you use.
