Chop the ends off your lemons. Cut the rest of the lemons into small slices and place in your blender. Add to it a litre of cold water. Blend until the lemon is completely blended into the water.
Using a pillow case pour in the mixture from the blender into the inside of your pillow case making sure there is a mixing bowl underneath.
Squeeze out the pillow case so that all of the clear lemonade water has gone into the mixing bowl.
Place the watery lemonade back into the blender along with the honey and milk and blend for a couple of minutes.
Place in the fridge and serve after a couple of hours once it is nice and cool.
Notes
I use a pillow case a lot.I originally bought a cheap one on Amazon and it is great for when I am making cauliflower pizza, courgette fritters and now lemonade. It works as a great strainer and much cheaper than alternative purchases that I could use to make them. It then stays in my kitchen drawer once laundered for when I next need it for a recipe. In many homemade lemonade recipes they will use a lot of lemons and then only use the juice. Do it like this with the rind and it is much cheaper as you need a lot less produce and there is a much stronger flavour in the rind.
