  • In your Instant Pot add your steaming shelf. On top of it place your eggs along with 160ml of water into the bottom. Cook for 2 minutes on the steam function.
  • While they are cooking cook your toast, butter it and chop them into soldiers.
  • As soon as the two minutes is up and it has beeped, manually move the valve from sealed to non-sealed.
  • Remove your eggs and serve them with your soldiers and fresh orange juice.

Notes

We have tested it several times and have found that whether you do 1 egg or 8 you don’t need to adjust the time. Therefore do as many or as few as you want to eat.
I have tested this recipe with medium sized eggs, if you’re making large ones then add to the recipe a 3 minute keep warm at the end.
