In your Instant Pot add your steaming shelf. On top of it place your eggs along with 160ml of water into the bottom. Cook for 2 minutes on the steam function.
While they are cooking cook your toast, butter it and chop them into soldiers.
As soon as the two minutes is up and it has beeped, manually move the valve from sealed to non-sealed.
Remove your eggs and serve them with your soldiers and fresh orange juice.
Notes
We have tested it several times and have found that whether you do 1 egg or 8 you don’t need to adjust the time. Therefore do as many or as few as you want to eat.I have tested this recipe with medium sized eggs, if you’re making large ones then add to the recipe a 3 minute keep warm at the end.
