In a blender place your Greek yoghurt and seasoning and blend well. Add it to the bottom of your glass jars and then layer with caramel sauce.
Serve.
Notes
Place some of your leftover caramel into ice cube trays. Freeze them for 30 minutes and when removed they are like pieces of fudge and are absolutely delicious.
