Place 160ml of water into the bottom of your Instant Pot and you can measure it out with the cup provided.
Take your sweetcorn and place each one into a separate piece of silver foil. Season with salt and pepper. Layer each one with a little butter then wrap them in a slice of bacon. Seal up the sweetcorn with the silver foil and then place them on the steamer rack.
Place the lid on your Instant Pot and set the valve to sealing and press steam for 12 minutes.
Once it has started it will beep and it will beep 6 times when done. Once it has cooled down from keep warm mode you can get it out.
Instead of butter if you are on Paleo you could replace it with coconut oil or olive oil instead.
