Cut a large piece of silver foil and lay it out on your worktop.
Add all your seasonings to it and mix them in with your fingertips.
Add your chicken and roll them in it. Give the chicken a good sprinkling of salt and pepper so that it is well seasoned.
Cover the chicken with a couple of slices of orange and then seal up your chicken packets.
In your Instant pot fill the bottom with 200ml of water.
Add your steaming shelf and place your foil packet onto it.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot and turn the valve to sealing.
Cook for 4 minutes and then allow cooling for another 2 minutes.
Chop your chicken in half long ways and remember to check to see if it is fully cooked and completely white (no pink) when serving.
Serve with extra sliced orange and salad.
