Place all the ingredients into the slow cooker. Mix well and cook on low for 3 hours.
Pour into a jug and leave to cool.
Notes
If you can get fresh cranberries as frozen ones can have a horrible sour taste and require a lot more sugar in order to have a traditional taste. If you’re using frozen cranberries then double the sugar quantity.
