  • In a blender add the melted butter, milk and blend.
  • Add the seasoning including the fresh parsley and the sundried tomatoes and blend again.
  • Place your blended mixture into a mixing bowl and mix with your flour until you have a smooth dough.
  • Add a little more flour and knead on your worktop until it looks like traditional bread dough.
  • Place it in the fridge for an hour to cool in your bowl with cling film on top.
  • Once cool roll it out into 6 equal sized tortilla wraps.
  • Cook each one at a time in a frying pan with a little oil with 90 seconds on each side on a medium heat. It will bubble when it is ready to flip over.
  • Leave to rest for a couple of minutes before adding fillings so that they are flexible and don’t break up.


For a naughty option you can also add some cheese to the dough mixture.
