Instructions

  • Prepare your turkey - pull it apart so that it is a mix of small stringy pieces and traditional stir fry sized pieces.
  • Place your meat, vegetables and noodles into your slow cooker.
  • Stir in the seasoning as well as your turkey stock.
  • Place the slow cooker on the high setting and cook for 2 hours or until the peppers are nicely soft and the noodles are well cooked.
  • Serve.

Notes

I find that the turkey stock gives it an amazing natural flavour and really makes you appreciate the meat. It is not traditional in Japanese cooking of this type but it gives it a lovely extra.
