Place the baby carrots in the slow cooker with the coconut oil and coconut butter and add the salt and pepper. Mix well and leave cooking on a medium heat.
After 2 hours add the rest of your seasoning, mix again and cook for a further 1 hour on low.
Serve.
Notes
If you can’t get baby carrots use large carrots, peel them and chop them into thirds.
