Homemade Must Try Air Fryer Curly Fries

Instructions

  • Peel your potatoes and using your spiralizer make them into the shape of curly fries.
  • In a bowl mix together the olive oil, coconut oil and potatoes so that they are all evenly coated.
  • Place them in the Air Fryer and cook for 15 minutes on 180c.
  • Coat with salt and pepper then serve with homemade tomato ketchup.

Notes

You can use whichever potatoes you like, they don’t have to be white potatoes. We like using sweet potatoes the most and find that as long as the potato is nice and stiff for the spiralizer or that its too small like a new potato then you can use any type.
