In the steamer cook your jacket potatoes for 10 minutes or until nearly soft (depending on the size).
Clean the prawns and keep their shells on. Place the olive oil in a hot pan or grill and wait until it is red hot. Add ½ the garlic puree and the prawns. Sprinkle with thyme and after 3 minutes add the steaks. Cook the steaks for 4 minutes on each side to have that lovely grilled rare steak look. Sprinkle salt and pepper on each side on the top as you cook.
When the steamer finishes place the jacket potatoes out on a worktop, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place them in the Airfryer for 5 minutes on 200c so that you can crisp up the skin and finish cooking them.
When the steak just has 4 minutes left on one side get a wok out and add a little coconut oil to the pan with ½ the garlic puree and add the spinach. Sauté it until the spinach is of normal size and mix well. Season the spinach with parsley and place on your plate.
When done place the meat on top along with the prawns and the potatoes and serve.

If you’re on a budget simply swap the fillet steak for a nice piece of butchers cut meat.
