  • In the steamer cook your jacket potatoes for 10 minutes or until nearly soft (depending on the size).
  • Clean the prawns and keep their shells on. Place the olive oil in a hot pan or grill and wait until it is red hot. Add ½ the garlic puree and the prawns. Sprinkle with thyme and after 3 minutes add the steaks. Cook the steaks for 4 minutes on each side to have that lovely grilled rare steak look. Sprinkle salt and pepper on each side on the top as you cook.
  • When the steamer finishes place the jacket potatoes out on a worktop, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place them in the Airfryer for 5 minutes on 200c so that you can crisp up the skin and finish cooking them.
  • When the steak just has 4 minutes left on one side get a wok out and add a little coconut oil to the pan with ½ the garlic puree and add the spinach. Sauté it until the spinach is of normal size and mix well. Season the spinach with parsley and place on your plate.
  • When done place the meat on top along with the prawns and the potatoes and serve.

Notes

If you’re on a budget simply swap the fillet steak for a nice piece of butchers cut meat.
