Airfryer Half Dipped Chocolate Biscuits

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl add the flour, sugar and butter. Rub the butter into the flour until your mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
  • Add the vanilla essence and the egg (a little at a time) until you are able to create a dough from your mixture.
  • Make into walnut sized balls and place in the Airfryer for 15 minutes at 180c.
  • While the biscuits are cooling melt the milk chocolate in the Airfryer. I find 4 minutes at 180c is enough and keep stirring it until you have a lovely chocolate liquid.
  • When the biscuits are cool dip one side in the chocolate and place them in the fridge for about an hour so that they can set.

Notes

Please make sure your biscuits are cool before applying the chocolate otherwise they wont set properly.
