Instructions

  • Mix the garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper with the olive oil and then massage it into your chicken.
  • Pour the white wine into your beer can slot.
  • Spread the chicken legs and place the chicken over the beer can.
  • Cook in the oven on 200c for 1 hour or until the chicken is fully cooked depending on the size of your chicken.
  • Serve.

Notes

I served mine with a lovely seasonal salad with my homemade honey and mustard dressing. Where as the boys had theirs with a super unhealthy salad filled with mayonnaise and cheese. It just shows that you can take the same chicken and use it in as many different ways as you like!
