Instructions

  • Chop up your chicken into cubes and place in a mixing bowl with the rest of your ingredients. Mix well.
  • Place onto skewers and place on a barbeque on a medium heat for 20 minutes turning half way through the cooking time.
  • Serve with your other barbeque food.

Notes

If your chicken pieces are quite large give it an extra 5 minutes so that you can make sure that your chicken is cooked in the centre.
