Start by placing your chips in the Airfryer with the olive oil and cooking them on 180c for 15 minutes.
While they are cooking prepare your sauce. Mix together the rest of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
When the Airfryer is done take the potatoes out and using an Airfryer baking dish place the tomato sauce in for 8 minutes on the same heat setting.
When it is done pour the sauce over the potatoes and serve.
Notes
You can also as a plan B add the potatoes to the dish with the tomato sauce and let the potatoes finish cooking in the sauce. But I find that if someone you are serving doesn’t like too much heat that a little on top can work better.
