The Best Ever Key Lime Sundae

  • In a mixing bowl mix together your broken biscuits with coconut oil until it combines well together. Layer the bottom of your sundae glasses with it and fridge for 10 minutes.
  • With a hand mixer or a wooden spoon mix the soft cheese and the yoghurt until you have a lovely creamy mixture. Add the eggs, sugar, vanilla essence and the lime and mix for a further 5 minutes or until everything is creamy and mixed in well.
  • Layer your creamy sundae mixture over the biscuit base in the sundae glasses. Fridge for 12 hours and then serve.

Notes

You can use any type of plain biscuits, we had some leftover broken biscuits at the bottom of a box that would have gone to waste that we used up in this recipe.
