How To Make The Tropical Innocent Smoothie At Home

Ingredients

  • ½ Small Pineapple
  • 3 Large Bananas
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Orange juice only
  • ½ Small Lemon juice only
  • 3 Tbsp Coconut Milk
  • 8 Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Remove the core from your apple, peel and chop up your pineapple into chunks and remove the skin and dice your bananas. Chop up your apple with the skin still on.
  • Place into the blender your chopped pineapple, chopped apple, sliced bananas and the juice from your lemon and orange.
  • Add the coconut milk and blend for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes blend again with the ice.
  • If the smoothie is too thick add some extra ice or if it is too runny then add another banana.
  • Serve.

Notes

This recipe will make you enough for 750ml of the pineapples, coconuts and banana smoothie from Innocent Smoothies.
