Ingredients

For The Green Sauce:

Instructions

  • In your pasta pot start by cooking your pasta. Place it in the pan with 250ml of water on a high heat and cook it until it has boiled. When it is boiling lift up your pan lid stir it (so that the pasta breaks up) and cook for a further 3 minutes. Then drain and put to one side.
  • While your pasta is cooking make your sauce. Place in your soup maker (or steamer) the broccoli and courgette and cook for 20 minutes. When it is cooked drain and add the avocado and coconut milk and blend. Add a little water if it is too thick.
  • When your pasta has finished reuse the pasta pot and place in it your garlic, onion and olive oil and sauté the onion. Add the garden peas and cook for a further 3 minutes.
  • Add your sauce and your pasta to the pot along with your other seasoning. Mix well and then serve.

Notes

When cooking pasta it is easy to over cater and make too much. With tagliatelle one portion is one nest of tagliatelle so if you are feeding four you only need four of these. Or if dealing with other pasta a cup is a portion.
