  • After you have cooked your cookies allow them to cool. This will prevent the ice cream from instantly melting.
  • Get your ice cream out of the freezer and spread them over the bottom of your cookies and then sandwich the cookies together.

Notes

I also like the idea of grabbing your cookie with the ice cream area pointing down and covering it in chocolate chips. Very naughty but incredibly nice!
