Crush up your Rolos so that you have a mix of sizes with caramel oozing out of them.
Place your vanilla ice cream and the Rolos into the ice cream maker and mix in the ice cream machine for 20 minutes.
When it is done they will be like broken chocolate into ice cream and have a lovely Italian look about them.
Freeze for an hour or so and then serve.
Notes
This can work very well with a lot of different chocolates with vanilla ice cream, but it works best with smaller chocolate that can be broken down quicker.
