Welcome to my low calorie healthy onion bhajis. Just the mention of the words “onion bhajis” and I am desperate for some. I have loved them since I was little.

  • Peel your onions and sweet potato. Using your spiralizer chop up the onions and the sweet potato and place in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add your seasoning and mix well.
  • Use the egg to combine it and add a little flour if it is not thick enough.
  • Put a baking sheet in the bottom of your airfryer and place your onion bhajis on top. Cook for 15 minutes on 200c until they are cooked through.
  • Serve!

I also love to have my onion bhajis with some Greek yoghurt on the side to dip into.
