Carb Free Zoodle Bolognese Recipe

Welcome to my carb free zoodle bolognese recipe. I love bolognese and I am sure most people do. It is so easy to make that it is probably associated with the one meal that men can make when they leave home.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Using your spiralizer shred your courgette until they resemble zoodles. Steam it in your steamer for 10 minutes.
  • Peel and dice your onion and place it in the wok. Add the garlic and olive oil and cook until your onion is golden. Add the mince and seasoning and cook for 10 minutes until your mince is evenly cooked. Add the tinned tomatoes and cook on a high heat until the tomatoes have reduced and you have a lovely bolognese.
  • Drain your zoodles and place the bolognese on top. Sprinkle with some cheese and serve!

Notes

I prefer to cook mine with a can of tinned tomatoes. It carries a lot more nutritional value than tomato sauce and as long as you chop up the tomatoes and allow it to reduce in the pan you will have the same end result!
